Tradesmen Tech is a field service management platform operated by Reika and Xubia Studios LLC, doing business as Tradesmen Technologies. Our platform enables home service businesses to send SMS notifications to their customers and employees.

What Messages Are Sent

Tradesmen Tech sends the following types of SMS messages on behalf of businesses that use our platform: appointment reminders, technician dispatch alerts (e.g., "your technician is on the way"), service completion notices, and employee job assignment notifications.

How You Receive Messages

If you are a customer of a business that uses Tradesmen Tech, your phone number is provided during the service booking process. Your service provider obtains your verbal or written consent before any SMS messages are sent to you through our platform.

If you are an employee of a business that uses Tradesmen Tech, your phone number is provided as part of your profile setup when your employer adds you to the platform.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on service activity. You may receive messages related to upcoming, in-progress, or completed service appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, the Tradesmen Tech platform will automatically stop sending SMS messages to your phone number.
